Lone liberty

Freedom rings,in the midst of my fall,
Lone at last,but unknown to all.
Fortitude that bides by the company of time,
Deserters all,in this world of mine.

A tear was once wept,starry eyes bled,
And innocent hearts turned crimson from red.
A hand did gently dry those welled eyes,
A ear did intently ear out those cries.

And in moments bleak,when nothing seemed right,
Words trickled fun into hours of the night.
Tis pain that befalls the soul who did good,
Tis pain that reigns as in hell it should.

Devoid of help and none to call,
Alone he braves this despondent fall.
And like hope that each new suffering will bring,
Alone,and hence,now the freedom bells ring.

Annointed by fire...

A traveler am I, with miles behind,
I pause,I watch my life rewind...
The swaying silhouettes put me at rest,
As mental tides find a newer crest...

Flashes of lightning liken a glimmer of hope,
As these clouds are drawn by an unseen rope...
A drop here,a drop there- and soon I'm drenched
In this august rain,and my thirst unquenched...

A thirst for knowledge-of the path I must tread,
Of unknown fate,and roads that I dread...
And as I seek refuge from this glistening visitor,
A kiss of droplets land with passionate fervour...

It seems routine now,that rain brings me peace,
And hope as lightning,to many does appease...
I fear not the untrod paths any more,
No trauma,no pain, no bodily sore...

This revered rain cleanses me whole,
Yet sets me on fire--body mind and soul...
A bath in fire, may it never be doused,
For it burns down the thickets where old memories are housed...

A new life,a new birth--from this one I depart,
I arise yet again-- and a new journey to start....

Exalting love...

A storm rages inside my soul,
A fire that burns me and consumes me whole,
And then it happened-I was set free,
And a sudden calm is brought over me...

I stand and look for the miracle that made this real,
This moment,this life,suddenly so surreal,
A face in all this turmoil,resplendent, I see,
That only whispers my name,yet calls out to me...

A sea of calm,and a wave of emotions,
Breaks forth all my prior notions,
I'd seen beauty that had caused many a rue,
But she is like no other--pristine and true...

A smile that can melt hearts of stone,
And warm up a person,flesh to bone,
A vision is she,undoubtedly rare,
Free in spirit,free from care...

Just her glimpse makes my day complete,
And the sound of her voice is an added treat,
Like all visions that can only be felt at heart,
It seems fate that we'll always be apart...

Separation...

Time's not by our side,
As we make this lonely ride,
This wave seems to take it all away,
And all I can do is hope and pray...

You're my strength,you're what keeps me going,
Giving life an unseen meaning,
And yet,I have to move apart,
Carrying this lonesome,heavy heart...

Our love meant so much more,
And now we face this hardened door,
I'm doing all that I can,
But just can't seem to get off this floor...

Goodbye love,for there ain't no life without you,
Heavens bleed,but it seems so untrue,
All I wanted is to be right with you,
But never could say those hallowed words few...

Silence it seems will be my ally,
For this cold face is just a true lie,
I know that we're not meant to be,
But curses to this heart that just cannot see...

The Last Ride

I stand at the crossroads of paths not taken,
Waiting for signs from a guiding source,
Dunes of sand pile up before me,
As I leave the trodden paths,coarse.

And now I lie,in wait of a path,
That would walk the pain away with me,
And wish that with this passing time,
I would, at last, be set scott free.

Fate,it seems,has other plans for me,
I wait for the signs that HE may send,
And the real irony of it all,
Was that I'd reached the very end.

Flashes of my life rush through as a vision,
As I stare into the endless blank,
Sorrows I've received till my lonely end,
From people I should really thank.

Goodbye old friend,for the end is here,
As a dark chariot waits to ride,
A long path ahead but travel I must,
With only death riding by my side.

Her strength...

Gutsy,yes and always vigil,
Eyes that always eye the kill,
Ambition beyond simple beings,
And a face that'll cloud all sane feelings...

She lights up a talk with wisdom genuine,
She lightens a talk with her humour unseen,
Holds nothing back in getting it right,
Conviction- complete,for the task at sight...

A rebel,yes,and a good one too,
For God only imparts strength to few,
A tender smile hidden with a quick sigh,
A starry twinkle in the corner of her eye...

For this is only the beginning of her time,
Beyond which lie successes sublime,
A wish upon every breath that I may take,
May this life be sufficient for the glory she is bound to make..
